1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Blazed Graphics (blazed.graphics), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Blazed Graphics is operated by Reiners Cloud Consulting & Vinyl, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

2. Service Description

Blazed Graphics provides a white-label vinyl decal designer platform for sign shops. The service allows shop owners to offer an online design tool to their customers, manage orders, and process payments. Features include:

  • A browser-based decal designer with text, shapes, images, and AI-assisted design tools
  • Shop management dashboard for configuring branding, materials, and pricing
  • Order management and payment processing via Stripe
  • Custom subdomain or domain mapping for white-label storefronts

3. Accounts

To use most features of Blazed Graphics, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Blazed Graphics to:

  • Upload, create, or distribute content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Reproduce trademarked or copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
  • Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' access
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the platform
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

Your Designs

You own your designs. Any original artwork, text, or compositions you create using Blazed Graphics remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over designs created by you or your customers.

Uploaded Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any images or content you upload do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. By uploading content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to use it.

Our Platform

The Blazed Graphics platform, including its code, interface design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Reiners Cloud Consulting & Vinyl. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform itself.

6. Payment Terms

Payments for subscriptions and services are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Provide valid and current payment information
  • Accept that subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at justin@reiners.io.

7. Availability and Uptime

We strive to keep Blazed Graphics available and performant, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blazed Graphics and Reiners Cloud Consulting & Vinyl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Blazed Graphics is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the platform will be revoked
  • Your designs and data will be retained for 30 days, after which they may be deleted
  • Outstanding payment obligations remain due

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reiners Cloud Consulting & Vinyl from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Blazed Graphics shall be resolved in the courts of South Dakota.

13. SMS Communications

Blazed Graphics offers an optional SMS messaging program for transactional notifications such as order updates, account alerts, and service notices. By opting in to SMS, you agree to our SMS Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Key points:

  • SMS consent is not required to use or purchase from Blazed Graphics
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or updating your account settings
  • We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
