Who We Are

Blazed Graphics (blazed.graphics) is a white-label vinyl decal designer platform operated by Reiners Cloud Consulting & Vinyl, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We are a small, independently run business. We do not sell your data, and we never will.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register for an account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Phone number (if you opt in to SMS notifications)
  • Shop name and business details
  • Password (stored securely hashed, never in plain text)

Design and Order Data

When you or your customers use the decal designer, we store:

  • Design files, images, and configurations created in the designer
  • Order details including sizing, materials, and pricing
  • Uploaded images used in designs

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (property ID: G-QP46KYN9FX) to understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, time on site, browser type, and approximate geographic location. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all sensitive payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

SMS & Phone Number

If you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number and SMS consent status. Your phone number is used solely to send you transactional messages such as order updates, account alerts, and service notifications. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. For full details, see our SMS Terms & Conditions.

Cookies

We use cookies for:

  • Authentication — Session tokens (JWT) to keep you logged in
  • Preferences — Designer settings stored in localStorage
  • Analytics — Google Analytics cookies for site usage tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from ad networks.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Google Analytics — Usage analytics
  • Google Fonts — Web fonts (Syne, Outfit, IBM Plex Mono). Google may collect anonymized usage data when fonts are loaded. See Google Fonts Privacy.

How We Store Your Data

All application data is stored on self-hosted infrastructure that we own and operate. We use SQLite as our database. Your designs and uploaded files are stored on our servers, not in third-party cloud storage. We take reasonable precautions to secure our systems, but no system is 100% immune to risk.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Blazed Graphics platform
  • Process orders and payments
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, account updates)
  • Send SMS notifications if you have opted in (order status, account alerts)
  • Improve the platform based on usage patterns
  • Respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and designs for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data we hold
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your designs and order data

Children's Privacy

Blazed Graphics is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
